🕋 Umrah Package – Cancellation Policy

Effective From: 10 March 2025
This cancellation policy applies to all Umrah bookings made on or after 10 March 2025.

1️⃣ Before 21 Days of Departure

Cancellation Charge: ₹5,000 per person (PEX)

Customers cancelling their Umrah booking more than 21 days before the departure date will be charged ₹5,000 per person as a cancellation fee.

2️⃣ Between 21 Days – 12 Days Before Departure

Cancellation Charge: 50% of Total Package Cost

If the booking is cancelled between 21 days and up to 12 days before the departure date, 50% of the total package cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

3️⃣ Within 12 Days of Departure

Refund: ₹12,000 per person only

If the booking is cancelled within 12 days of departure, only ₹12,000 per person will be refunded and the remaining amount will be treated as cancellation charges.

ℹ Important Notes

• This policy is applicable for all confirmed Umrah bookings.

• Visa, flight tickets, and hotel bookings are prepaid services.

• Cancellation charges will be applied as mentioned above.

• Refund processing time: 15–20 working days.

• By confirming the booking, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions.
